Rates & Reservations

KENNNEDYS’ RED BARN INN RATES are reasonably priced and can be reserved with a deposit of one nights stay or up to 50% of total reservation cost. Cash, Personal checks , Visa, MasterCard and American Express are acceptable methods of payment.

OUR DAILY RATES ARE :

The Chicken Coop: $40 for one person ( Twin Bed)
The Roosting Place: $60 for one or two persons ( Full Bed)
The Hayloft: $65 for one or two persons ( Queen Bed )
The Red Barn Stall: $70 for one or two persons ( Cal King Bed)

* 30 FT MOTOR HOME: $25 FOR ONE PERSON

The Red Heart whirlpool Bathroom can be reserved as a Private bathroom when available for an additional $15( suggest a 30day advance reservation)
(A $10 discount is given to other rooms when Red Heart bathroom is reserved)
Add $15 for an extra person

PACKAGE SPECIAL

All packages specials should be pre-arranged with a reservation.

Boat rides on the Lake $35 an hour , minimum of 2 hrs , up to four persons
30 minute Hayride with evening Campfire $99 ( Includes Room)
Wedding Packages starting at $199 ( Includes Room)

Check-In time starts at 2:00 PM. ( unless another time has been pre-arranged). Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Reservations preferred . Please call between 10:00 am. and 9:00 PM.

A full breakfast is served each day at 9:00 am.
A fruit plate with juice, cereal, toast, muffins and bagels is available on request.

Snacks and beverages are available anytime.

All guest rooms are central air-conditioned and heated for your comfort.

For the comfort of others, Smoking is not permitted in the Inn.

We cannot accept pets, arrangements may be made at a nearby boarding facility.

A 7 day notice of cancellation is required. If less than 7 day notice is received, rescheduling or a Gift Certificate equal to deposit will be given .

SUNDAY through THURSDAY ONLY

All nights reserved MUST be paid in advance and guaranteed with a Credit Card. If a cancellation is needed, a Gift Certificate will be issued for amount Paid. Good towards another reservation date.
